We currently charge a pre-payable fee of £50 for this service, which covers our travel and the time required to produce your detailed plan. Yes, absolutely. Most of our projects are completed in stages to help clients manage their budget and cash flow effectively. We invoice on a ‘per window’ basis. This means for a project with three windows, for example, you would receive three separate invoices as each window is completed, allowing you to plan your finances accordingly.

These issues—broken glass, snapped cords, or seized sashes—are typically classified as repairs or maintenance, not full-scale restoration. Please contact us directly to discuss your options.
